Direct answer, step-by-step directions from spawn, a full floor map summary, and everything you need to actually use the radiology control rooms once you find them.
The control rooms are on the Main Floor (ground level) inside the Radiology wing. There is one control room adjacent to each MRI scanner and one beside each X-Ray room. From the main entrance, walk straight past Reception, turn left, and follow the corridor into the Radiology section. The control room doors are the smaller side-doors next to each scanner — press E (PC) or tap (mobile) to enter. No level unlock or gamepass required.
Main Floor → Radiology wing → side-door next to the MRI or X-Ray machine = control room. The hospital has 2 MRI control rooms and 2 X-Ray control rooms (one per machine). CT Scan, Ultrasound, and Fluoroscopy are also on the Main Floor. Surgery, ICU, and Labs are upstairs on the 2nd Floor — different area entirely.
Six steps from the outdoor spawn point to the MRI control room — the most commonly searched route. The X-Ray control room is in the same Radiology wing, a few doors further.
If you already know the layout, the fastest path is: Main entrance → immediate left at Reception → corridor past Gift Shop → Radiology sign → side-door of MRI room. Running the full length of the ground floor takes about 15–20 seconds at normal walk speed. There is no elevator needed — Radiology is on the same level as the lobby.
Official room data from the Maple Hospital Fandom wiki Locations page. The highlighted row is where all Radiology control rooms are.
Elevator connects all floors: Basement → Main → 2nd Floor → 3rd Floor → Helipad. Stairs also connect Main through Helipad. Source: maple-hospital.fandom.com/wiki/Locations (verified June 2026).
A lot of players find the control room but don't know what to do inside it. Here is what I found after spending time in the Radiology wing as a Doctor and observing Radiologist players.
The main panel has a large button or switch to power the MRI or X-ray machine. You must press this from inside the control room — the scanner itself has no activation button. This is the step most players miss when they try to interact with the machine directly.
After activating the machine, use the bed-control lever or button on the panel. This slides the patient (who is already on the bed in the scanner room) into the tunnel. Multiple TikTok tutorials confirm this as the correct sequence: activate power → then move bed. Doing it in reverse order does not work.
Once the scan completes, a results screen or image appears on the control room monitor. The Radiologist reviews this and notes the findings. For Doctors assisting, the results inform the treatment plan for the patient.
Any player can physically enter and interact with the control room panel — the door has no lock. In practice, the Radiologist role (Level 30) gets the most use from it. Doctors (Level 10) also work with Radiology during patient work-ups. Nurses can enter but typically do not operate scanners.
All rooms in and around the Radiology wing — useful context once you are in the area.
Many players search for the control room thinking it is a security/admin room. In Maple Hospital, the Security HQ with surveillance cameras is in the Basement — not the same as the Radiology control rooms on the Main Floor. The Director's Office (admin) is on the 2nd Floor. All three are distinct locations.
Floor layout and room list sourced from the official Maple Hospital Fandom wiki Locations page (verified June 2026), which lists CT Scan (×2), Ultrasound (×2), MRI Room (×2), X-Ray Room (×2), and Fluoroscopy on the Main Floor. Control room function (activate scanner, move bed, view results) confirmed by cross-referencing multiple TikTok and YouTube tutorials including @nicoleb121's “Finding control rooms in Maple Hospital” series and the YouTube Short “Control rooms in Maple Hospital Roblox”. Route directions reflect the standard lobby layout.

The control rooms are on the Main Floor (ground level) inside the Radiology wing. There is one control room adjacent to each MRI scanner and one beside each X-Ray room. From the main entrance, head past Reception and turn left into the Radiology corridor — the control room doors are the smaller side-doors beside each scanner.
The Radiology control rooms are on the Main Floor — the ground level where you spawn. No elevator required. The MRI control rooms and X-Ray control rooms are all accessible on the same level as the lobby.
The control room is the operator station for the MRI or X-ray machine. You enter it, activate the scanner with the panel switch, move the patient bed into the tunnel using the bed controls, and review the scan results. You cannot operate the scanner from inside the scanning room itself.
Walk up to the smaller side-door beside the scanner room and press E (PC) or tap it (mobile). No key or gamepass is needed. Any player can enter.
No — there are multiple. The Radiology wing has two MRI control rooms (one per MRI scanner), two X-Ray control rooms, and a CT Scan area. Each machine has its own operator room.
Any player can physically enter. To meaningfully operate the scanner you should be in the Radiologist role (unlocks at Level 30) or the Doctor role (Level 10). Without a medical role, you can explore but cannot initiate a scan.
On the Main Floor. From the main entrance, walk straight through Reception, pass the Gift Shop on your right, and follow the corridor past the Daycare area. The Radiology section is signposted and contains CT Scan (×2), Ultrasound (×2), MRI Room (×2), X-Ray Room (×2), and Fluoroscopy — all confirmed on the official Maple Hospital wiki Locations page.
