Maple Hospital Guide is a public information site. We do not require user accounts.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand page performance. Analytics identifiers are optional environment variables and are blank at launch.

If you email us, we use your message only to respond or verify the correction you sent. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

• Server access logs: purged after 30 days
• Google Analytics 4 data: retained 14 months (GA4 default)
• IndexNow / search engine submission logs: 90 days
• Aggregated anonymized statistics: retained indefinitely

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Maple Hospital Guide is a general-audience fan guide. It is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal data to us (for example, via the contact email), please contact us at privacy@maplehospitalroblox.com and we will promptly delete that information. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable GDPR provisions for minors.
