As of May 2026, the Vet Clinic supports multiple animal patient types. The initial March 2026 launch had dogs and cats — subsequent patches added more variety. Here's what I've personally encountered:
Most common patient type at launch. Conditions include injury, infection, and routine check-up. Fast treatment cycle.
Second most common. Slightly longer treatment time than dogs. Respiratory conditions appear more frequently.
Added in post-launch patch. Smaller hit area for interactions, slightly higher XP on successful treatment.
Additional animals observed in May 2026 servers. Variety continues to expand — the developers appear to be actively adding types.
How to reach Level 30 and unlock the Vet Clinic
Level 30 is the gate. Here's the exact path I recommend based on XP efficiency testing:
Play Nurse, actively treat patients. 8-12 XP/min.
💡 Never idle. Each completed treatment gives XP. Idling gives zero.
Switch to Doctor for slightly better RP depth, or stay Nurse for the L&D XP bonus at Level 25.
💡 Both paths reach Level 30 — Nurse via L&D bonus is slightly faster on paper.
L&D Nurse gives the highest per-treatment XP in the free tree. These 5 levels go quickly.
💡 Server with medium population (5-8 players) tends to give the most consistent patient flow.
