Maple Hospital does not have a printed in-game map — below is the closest thing to one, built from community documentation and direct testing. Rooms marked with (×N) have multiple instances on that floor.
Located on the right side of the main lobby. Connects all five levels: Basement → Main Floor → 2nd Floor → 3rd Floor → Helipad. The fastest vertical transport — stairs are an alternative but slower.
Central staircase connects Main Floor through Helipad. Use stairs if elevator is crowded or you need to move between adjacent floors quickly. Stairs do not reach the Basement.
8 pneumatic tube stations in total: 2 on Main Floor, 5 on 2nd Floor, 1 on 3rd Floor. Used to transfer medications and supply items between floors without carrying them manually. Most useful for Pharmacists and Nurses on 2nd Floor.
When you first spawn in, you are in the Main Floor lobby. The elevator is to your right near the waiting area. The Radiology wing (X-Ray, MRI, CT) is through the double doors labelled “Emergency Room / Radiology”. The Vet Clinic is outside — walk out the main entrance and cross the park. If you are Level 20+ and headed for the Operating Room, go up to 2nd Floor and follow the green OR signs.
Each role has one or two primary locations they spend most of their time. Knowing this upfront saves the first-session confusion of wandering the wrong floor.

Outside the main hospital entirely. Walk out the front entrance, cross the park (you will see playground equipment), and the Vet Clinic is directly across. It was added March 2026 — players who reached Level 30 before the update didn't know to look outside.

Comes up whenever players unlock Level 35 — the floor is not obvious.
2nd Floor, near the Nurse Station and General Ward. Take the elevator up from the lobby. Look for the Pharmacy sign — the prescription queue terminal is inside. The queue runs continuously, which is why Pharmacist income is the most consistent in the game.

Basement. Take the elevator from the lobby to the Basement level, walk to the far end of the main corridor. The Autopsy Room is the final chamber on the right. The Morgue / Freezer Storage is nearby. The Incinerator is accessible from the Autopsy Room.
There is no in-game mini-map. The hospital spans Basement, Main Floor, 2nd Floor, 3rd Floor, a Helipad, and an exterior Vet Clinic building. Navigate with the elevator (right of lobby) or central staircase. The locator above is the closest thing to a full map.
The main ORs (×3) are on the 2nd Floor. Take the elevator or staircase from the lobby and follow the green OR signage. A separate OR exists on 3rd Floor for Labor & Delivery C-sections.
2nd Floor, near the Nurse Station. Unlocks at Level 35. The prescription queue runs continuously, making Pharmacist the most consistent income role in the game.
