Nurse — it's free at Level 0, earns good XP per patient cycle, and has the deepest specialization tree in the game (6 stages up to Level 90).
Level 10. It has the highest XP rate of the early paid roles. Most experienced players unlock it as their second job after building a base as Nurse.
